25 de Julio, 2010 - Estrella Auto-Existente Amarilla, Kin 108 ¿Un día fuera del tiempo? ¿Qué puede ser eso? ¿Qué tal ningún día del mes o de la semana? Pero, pudieras decir, es domingo, y es el 25 de julio, 2010. Eso es cierto en el calendario gregoriano, ¡pero no en el calendario de Trece Lunas/28 días! 
La gente de todas partes del mundo desea un cambio, y no puede haber un cambio más completo que cambiar el calendario que usas para programarte todos los días. Piensa en esto. Si le mencionas "julio" a alguien en Norteamérica, pensará en un abrasador Sol de verano. Pero si le dices "julio" a alguien en el sur de Chile o Nueva Zelanda, pensará en el calor de una chimenea en pleno invierno. Eso es muy contradictorio. De modo que puedes ver que todo esto de los meses y lo que significan, es relativo y sumamente condicionado. Lo mismo es cierto con los días de la semana. Si todo es relativo y arbitrario, ¿por qué no tratar algo nuevo? El Año Nuevo en el calendario de Trece Lunas, por supuesto, no es el mismo que el Año Nuevo gregoriano, el 1 de enero, sino es celebrado el día siguiente al Día Fuera del Tiempo, así como el Día Fuera del Tiempo es el día siguiente al 364 to día del año del calendario de Trece Lunas. El día del Año Nuevo de Trece Lunas, 1 Luna Magnética, ocurre el 26 de julio gregoriano. ¿Por qué es así? Originalmente, esa fecha estaba correlacionada con la conjunción del Sol con el ascenso de Sirio. Verás, el calendario de Trece Lunas no es sólo una medida orbital lunar-solar, sino está codificado con ciclos de tiempo galácticos, primordialmente con el ciclo de Sirio. Con el calendario de 13 Lunas, la conciencia humana puede entrar en una frecuencia superior, una frecuencia de conciencia galáctica. El Día Fuera del Tiempo es el día para celebrar el arte. Esto es lo que cientos de miles de personas que siguen el nuevo calendario hacen cada año el 25 de julio del calendario gregoriano: celebran el tiempo es arte. Y puesto que el arte es la base de una paz constructiva, este día también es celebrado como el día de la Paz Internacional a través de la Cultura. Como dice el dicho, "En donde hay paz, hay cultura; en donde hay cultura, hay paz". Por lo tanto, en donde sea que el Día Fuera del Tiempo sea celebrado, hay el propósito de experimentar el tiempo como arte, y de promover el valor constructivo de la paz a través de la cultura. Por supuesto, esto puede tomar muchas formas, tantas formas como variedades de expresión artística humana existan. Debido a que es paz a través de la cultura, este día está también marcado por ceremonias de perdón universal; es una manera de empezar el Año Nuevo con una pisada limpia y compasiva. Tú haces tus resoluciones de Año Nuevo amando y perdonando a todos antes de que el Nuevo Año haya empezado. Dale al ser humano un estándar armónico de medida, y entonces un ser humano armónico transitará un camino armónico. Armonía: de esto es de lo que se trata el Día Fuera del Tiempo. is the Day Out of Time Peace through Culture Festival!
A day out of time? What could that possibly be? How about no day of the month or week at all? But, you might say, it is Sunday and it is July 25, 2010. That's true on the Gregorian calendar, but not on the Thirteen Moon/28 day calendar! 
People all around the world want a change, and there can't be a more thorough change than changing the calendar you use to program yourself everyday. Just think about it. If you say July to someone in North America, they will think sizzling summer sun. But say July to someone in southern Chile or New Zealand, and they will think midwinter fireplace. That's pretty contradictory. So you see, these months and what they mean - it's all relative and highly conditioned. The same is true with the days of the week. If it is all relative and arbitrary, why not try something new? The New Year in the thirteen moon calendar, of course, is not the same as Gregorian New Year, January 1, but is celebrated the day after the Day Out of Time, just as the Day Out of Time is the day after the 364th day of the 13 moon calendar year. The thirteen moon New Year's day, Magnetic Moon 1, occurs on July 26, Gregorian. Why is that? Originally that date was correlated to the conjunction of the sun with Sirius rising. You see, the 13-moon calendar is not just a solar-lunar orbital measure, but is coded to galactic timing cycles, most notably the Sirius cycle. Through the 13-moon calendar, the human consciousness can enter into a higher frequency, a galactic consciousness frequency. The Day Out of Time is the day to celebrate time is art. This is what hundreds of thousands of people who follow the new calendar do every year on Gregorian calendar, July 25 - they celebrate time is art. And since art is the basis of constructive peace, this day is also celebrated as International Peace through Culture Day. Peace through culture is a fundamental premise of the 13 moon/28-day calendar. When you celebrate time is art you are promoting peace through culture. If you go to most any Day Out of Time celebration you will see the Banner of Peace. The symbol on that banner signifies the unity of art, science and spirituality. Since 1935, this banner has been internationally recognized as an instrument of peace - peace through culture. As the saying has it, "Where there is peace there is culture, where there is culture there is peace." So, wherever the day out of time is celebrated, there is a purpose of experiencing time as art, and of promoting the constructive value of peace through culture. Of course, this can take many forms â€" as many forms as there are varieties of human artistic expression. Because it is peace through culture, this day is also marked by ceremonies of universal forgiveness; it's a way of starting the New Year off on a clean, compassionate footing. You make your New Year's resolution by loving and forgiving everybody before the New Year has even begun. Give the human a harmonious standard of measure and then a harmonious human will walk a harmonious mile. Harmony - that's what the day out of time is all about.
